Building on twelve years’ experience in the Australian Public Service and the tertiary education sectors in the United Kingdom and Australia, I am seeking new opportunities for development and a fresh challenge. I have gained valuable experience in business analysis, systems design and improvement, and stakeholder management. I am enthusiastic to use my skills to contribute to the success of projects and software development.
I have the ability to rapidly become a subject-matter expert in new software packages and a trusted source of system knowledge. I have a wealth of experience in documentation and template design for functional requirements and configuration specifications. I am a skilled workshop facilitator and presenter, able to communicate with a variety of audiences and for a range of technical skill levels.
Having developed a strong background in Human Resources, most specifically Learning and Development, across a number of industries, I endeavour to allow all staff to recognise their potential within the workplace by understanding that their personal success goes hand in hand with the success of their business.
With experience in delivering both hands-on training and workshop facilitation personally, as well as developing company training strategy and managing a team of trainers to ensure consistent standards across the board, my greatest passion is in seeing others recognise their own career potential.
